Bleeding after orgasm

Has anyone experienced bleeding after an orgasm. Yesterday I played with my vibrator maybe a little too much. ( 3 times) hey I was horny and we haven’t been having sex like we did when we was making this baby.. but anyway. I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding. I’ve googled it and ive read some post about it but has anyone ever experienced this or do u think i should go to the hospital. Btw the bleeding stopped after a few wipes and I havent saw anything all day.
