Elevated prolactin
So my doc office called me to say my prolactin levels were elevated but I wasn’t pregnant so they wanted to test again as soon as I can. The trick is for 24 hours I can have no stimulation to my breasts. They don’t even want the shower water to hit them. Didn’t realize how often I touched my chest or something bumped into them until I start trying to not have them touched. 🤷🏻♀️
