Give up and get fixed?

I have 3 kids and ive had two miscarriages back to back since my last kiddo. I am late but got a negative test this morning and I just know af is going to come my symptoms for it and pregnancy are the same I just know the negative test is true. We have weddings to go to next summer so our ttc will take a back burner till October maybe if that. I want one more but I dont think its going to happen I think my body is telling me it's done at 26 those last two miscarriages no answers and a year of trying trying trying im done. Just done I want fixed no more hormones ive had my hormones going sky high to hellish lows and keep getting my pill changed in tierd of it. . I think my body is done.
