Chances of pregnancy with Nexplanon birth control?

I've had nexplanon in my arm for about two months . I've been having lower abdominal pain when i move. What are the chances you can get pregnant on this birth control? I've heard you can have an ecoptic pregnancy. But I'm not sure.
