Very dangerous for someone that young! Your body is still growing and changing. They can be dangerous for anyone at any age, but 14-15 is way too young to be using a waist trainer!

I think 14-15 it’s early to be using waist trainer.
That was me at 14-15 (not sure lol) my body was straight flat🚪even though I was super overweight (90-100lbs)

I personally started using one at 21-22 and girdle 👈🏻it helps a lot

I got my results at 23 (I had a tummy tuck surgery 2x ) so DON’T think waist trainers are magic because they are NOT.

They definitely make you eat less and give you that “kinda” hour glass figure but you not going to become skinny.
