Should I take her to dr?

My 8 month old has had this going on for about a week now and it’s just not getting much better... I’ve tried desitin, a&d ointment, boudroux buttpaste, simple coconut oil. I don’t know what else to do to make it go away?! The second photo she was scratching at it and ended up causing those little cuts

Thank you ladies! It is a yeast infection rash and it is pretty common. They had me get an anti fungal cream which you can find anywhere. It’s starting to go away now with that.
