Weird pain..

Okay I have endometriosis which I believe is the reason I have been unable to get pregnant.. Started taking clomid and doing opk test.. Had a surge a few days ago and bd that day n after plus a few days before.. And now my uterus feels weird like I pulled a muscle /cramping.. I know it's not my endometriosis pain that is only left side and is excruciating.. I guess what I am wondering if that is what ovulation pain kinda feels like.. Or if anyone has ever experienced it before .. Usually when I am hurting or "cramping" we don't bd but since I actually tracked my surge this month I knew when to.. Any insight would be helpful.. Thanks
