Am I going crazy or is it to early!!!!!

Hello I'm not 30 but I am 28 and couldn't find a forum for that but I have a question. my husband and I have been trying to have our 3rd baby since may ( this is when when i took out the iud) and for some reason it is now September and still no positive test is it too soon to start freaking out about not being able to get pregnant. The thing is with the 1st two it was quiet easy to conceive 1st month trying with both of them and bam I was pregnant. With this one it seems to be taking a bit longer and I'm going crazy. Should I make an appointment to see the gynecologist or am I just getting a bit ahead of myself. Please help !!!!!
