I’m so lost..

I’ve been talking to this guy for about two weeks. We met on Yubo (cringe, i know🤦🏻‍♂️) and we became really close, we would FaceTime all the time and he was the best. These past few days everything seems to be taking a turn for the worst :) he will respond once every 2-4 hours. We rarely ever talk and he left me on read when I asked to FaceTime. He only lives about an hour away and we were making plans to hangout this summer. After the first 2 days of us talking he told me he deleted the app which was relieving for me because it meant he wasn’t trying to talk to other girls. Today I got curious and re-downloaded the app to see if he was still active on it.. turns out he is.. part of me wants to just text him and tell him that i think we should be done talking and the other part says i should wait it out. what do I do?
