Stomach pain especially after eating?

Hey ladies!
I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and still have the morning sickness (more like all-day sickness), but lately I’ve been getting more stomach aches. Usually they are after I eat, but they feel as if I need to rush to the bathroom ASAP. They aren’t excruciating pains but definitely uncomfortable. A lot of the time I know it’s gas too. With this pregnancy I have been so gassy!
Just wondering if anyone can relate?
Hoping it’s nothing serious.

I was legit sitting eating a piece of cake and my stomach started gurgling and I’m like idk if this is normal or not cause it happens every single time I eat . So ironic I ran in to your post lol guess I’ll ask my doctor on Thursday at my appointment.

I'm 13w5d and I've been nonstop gassy the whole pregnancy. But my evening nausea has came back unfortunately. But most of the time when I eat, shortly after I have to use the restroom to poop... idk.
