Weaning
Hi. I'm ready to start the stopping process of breastfeeding. Any advice? I've already slowed way down. We feed on the AM when I wake her up. I used to pump while my students were at lunch, but life got in the way a few weeks ago, and I've stopped. Now I pump at bedtime. We have quite a bit in the freezer and have been mixing half and half with whole milk since Christmas.
