So I’m 12 weeks and 6 days.. and I’ll be having my gender ultrasound somewhere in week 19-20..
I told my mom and she wants to come, I don’t her I kinda like going to my appointments alone because it’s a little bond (the father isn’t in the picture)..
She said I was being rude?...

I booked a private scan because I wanted to do one alone I didn’t tell anyone, told my SO on the day . Why did you tell her if you don’t want her to come?

I don’t want my parents in the delivery room or his or any type of friend or family members.. just me and my babe and even then, only our immediate family can visit on day one. A friend asked if she could visit on the second day and I told her honestly, I’m not sure yet. It’s all in your preference, what you’re comfortable with and what would make a good environment for you. If they don’t like it, they can get over it.
