Acne problems

I was on the pill for about 3 years and I stopped taking it about 7 months ago. Since I’ve stopped taking it the first 2/3 months were okay I didn’t have any break outs, but the past few months I’ve had random break outs and my face has been very dry. It’s never consistent it’s just my face will be good for a few days and then break out in a few different spots. Anyone have any solutions?? I also make sure to wash my face every night.
