What do you think about my symptoms?

I am 7 and 1/2 weeks. Last night I had very light pink spotting only when wiping. I called the doctor on call and he said to stay off my feet and take it easy and that was about it. This morning it was only brown when I wiped and not every time. It was pretty faint as well.

About 2 hours ago I vomited after feeling pretty nauseous. I had nausea around 6 weeks for maybe 4 days and it subsided leaving me with mostly just aversions. Since then I’ve feel pretty nauseous, I feel like I could maybe puke again. I have had pretty light cramping and a small amount of lower back discomfort.

I have a bit of a headache but I also cried a lot of the night and slept poorly and clenched my jaw. I know these are common pregnancy symptoms but with the spotting I’m freaking out.
