Hello everyone one, I’m just lost, confused, worried. I went in for my 18 week anatomy scan early because I am high risk for having a thin uterus lining. Well I got there happy to see my baby thinking everything would be fine. Ultrasound technician does her thing 30mins later she tells me to use the bathroom I come back and there a doctor so she does another scan about 20mins back and forth her and the tech speaking in codes. Another doctor comes in she does another scan again talking in codes. The tech leaves and comes back and tells me that the lab where I got blood taken out for the genetic testing can’t find any records of my blood. I’m lost for words. Room full of doctors intern and technician. At the end I was told they found something in her heart, possible bright bowels, and my cord only has one vein or something like that. They are going to check again at 6 months so on March. They told I was young and in prefect health and I had a healthy baby already so they don’t think any genetics abnormal. They told me to not worry just yet but to find those blood results. I was told not to worry but how can I not if so much for an ultrasound and my blood getting lost.
