Lost my baby 💔

I didn’t even know I was pregnant, took 3 pregnancy tests and they all came out negative, they diagnosed me with pcos and said I would have very slim chance of getting pregnant, so I had no idea. Yesterday all day I was cramping and bleeding wiped and seen a little foot I freaked out and went to ER and they told me they found fetal tissue. I feel so bad, like i wish I would have known, all I’ve wanted was to be pregnant, we’ve been trying for 4 years and then got this to happen completely breaks my heart 💔
