Short Naps 😢 13 Week Old

My baby is 13 weeks old. When I see the first signs of sleepiness I swaddle then carry and bounce her for her nap. Lately she is screaming bloody murder when I start rocking her so I place her down she calms for a few minutes then cries again cause she is tired! I pick her up again, cries but she eventually falls asleep in my arms. But wakes up the moment I put her down! Which is between 20-30 minutes! Her naps are that short now! Shes been sleeping fine a few days ago, naps 1-1.5 hrs. Any ideas what is happening?

I know they are supposed to sleep and eat more during a growth spurt so I don’t think thats it? Or is that it? She is eating normally. Shes breastfed. Help.
