Big baby?

Had my 34 weeks midwife appointment and baby boy has grew so much since last time! She said she’s not concerned and if he’s out the box next time to go for a growth scan. Does this mean he’ll be a big baby?

Not necessarily, fundal height is quite inaccurate because it doesnt take into account fluid, your weight gain, babys position....all these things can affect it being bigger or smaller

This was my sons he was 4ibs 10 at birth. Ur baby looks to be slightly larger most prob in the 8ib range at moment. They usually put an estimation of weight in the other piece of paper they attach to ur notes xx

Tape measure is so in accurate I have growth scans and midwife tape measurements. my last measurement by midwife was middle line so dropped a lot since last scan measurement, but  scan was actually just slightly below top line at 34 weeks baby is 6lbs 3 estimated x

The last 3 times I had my measurements checked I was actually above the lines , still following the curve but they sent me for a growth scan & baby was measuring in the lines . She said could just be the shape of my bump as im all out in front . Scares you though haha 🤣

Looks like he’s at the high end of average 😂. I have my growth scan next week, my last scan baby was exactly on the light grey line where yours was. So I can’t wait to find out if she’s had a growth spurt as well
