Hey ladies any tips for a first time mama, he’s sitting in my pelvic but I’m not progressing at all since 36 weeks and I really don’t want to get induced with medication im 39 weeks and my little one is already measuring a week bigger

You can try walking and a birthing ball, fresh pineapple and dates but I’ve tried almost everything except castor oil and I’m still pregnant 40 weeks and 5 days. Baby will come when ready.

I’m due on the 16th and I’ve tried it all.
I’d be on the birthing ball for hours, walking, eating pineapple, squatting. Girl I’m tired 🤣 It sucks to say but baby really is in control and we just have to wait. Good thing is things can change within the minute so stay hopeful, your little button will be here soon mama ❤️
