My last period was 
December 24th - 29th 2018
I started trying on my ovulation date which was 
January 9th 2019
Took 3 test and were all positive 
My doctor says I’m 3 weeks
My app says I’m about 5 weeks

I’d listen to your doctor, when you have your first ultrasound they should be able to give you a better idea of how far along you are.

Goes by first day off missed period and you have about a 2 week wait after ovulation before your period starts so ya. 3 weeks give or take a few days
