Tips on introducing a bottle
Hello,
FTM here.. I'm exclusively breastfeeding at the moment. At 4 weeks, I was thinking we'd start with one bottle feed a day. But I feel clueless.. how much breastmilk do we start with in the bottle? Is there a better time of day to try the bottle? I plan on letting dad give it to him. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
