when will baby be up more & want to play

my son will be 3 months feb16, when will he want to stay up more and be active & want to play, he just want to eat play laugh for alittle then sleep

I’d wait a little longer than 3 minutes-maybe around 3-4 months your little will be more interactive ❤️ 😉 my daughter didn’t start to get really fun until around 4 months

they still sleep like sloths at this point, especially this time of year I find, mine is 17 months and extra sleepy in winter

4-5 months they go through a big developmental leap where they start getting more excited about toys and can stay up longer. My nephew is just over 5 mos and over the last month his excitement and exploration of toys and his own feet has exploded lol. He gets stronger and more fun to play with every day!

My son started to stay awake 4+ hours around 2 1/2 months it’s hard though because at this age it’s hard to entertain them like their not interested in toys or anything yet now he’s 4 months and started to sleep more again but is constantly talking and playing while he’s awake
