Just alittle frustrated

I know I probably shouldn't be frustrated at all but like I'm in the middle of getting a divorce and my bf now wants too ask me too marry him and I'm not really sure why he just doesn't go ahead and ask he says you're still married and I'm like ugh I'm in the middle of a divorce I don't plan on marrying you as soon as you ask me that we would be engaged for AWHILE he says he didn't wanna wait long after he ask Idk why I'm even frustrated about it honestly like I don't see the big deal in just going ahead and asking me I'm pretty sure its not against the law too be engaged while in a middle of a divorce but I guess I could be wrong I feel like I'm being kinda selfish what do you ladies think
