Drool rash

It seems like my LO is getting rash under his cheek not his neck but under the roundness of his cheeks he has like small red patches I’m not sure if it’s from drool? Anything I can put on it? He drools so much and I try the best to keep him dry changing his bibs often

Anything else I could try ?

Will probably call his ped on Monday I just don’t want it getting worst but it seems like he’s wet all the time from drooling only time he gets a break is when he’s sleeping or napping
