Okay this year I had taken my ex to court so we can officially have a court order for a daughter we share.

Since we have gotten this court order they have screwed me around with child support / visits / pretty well anything including my daughter. It was a rocky road but finally he was put in his place. He has a criminal record - drug charge - abuse - so he has supervised visits with his parents. His mother fights me on anything she can. I am MORE then accommodating for them - I do not hold my child against them or anything. We are all civil but I am super sick of this.

On our order it states he is to pay half of child care. Which is standard.

Everytime they don’t agree she chooses to send txts and emails about how “he can’t afford this”.

Is this my issue anymore ? Do I even respond to this ? Our order is finalized. My daughter has a speech delay and being in pre school is prepping her for JK and her social skills. Can she really go against this order ? What will happen if he doesn’t pay? I’m so sick of this I spent thousands this year and she is still picking and pulling at my choices and telling me her son can’t afford anything. MEANWHILE he is sitting at home on Unemployment !!!!! Totally capable of working ! They baby this man. He does no wrong. Ugh maybe I just needed to rant. I don’t ever say I can’t afford something for my child. :(
