Discharge?

I recently got diagnosed with a case of bacterial vaginosis after my annual pap smear. Gyno prescribed me metronidazole gel and I took the full five day course (one applicator per night). Recently I've been having super thick discharge that comes out in clumps. I have had a yeast infection before and the discharge looks the same, however there is no burning sensation or odor. Could this be a yeast infection or something else?? It's been about three days since I finished the treatment
