Never ending Period?

Yeah, never ending. Like I bled everyday for a year and a half, not a single day went by that I didn't bleed. I don't know why, and the doctors don't seem to believe me or maybe just don't care. One prescribed birth control and it stopped it for a month then I got my period and it continued. That was two years ago. Recently I started taking myo-inositol and again that stopped it for a month, but now that I got my period its not stopping again. I'm not looking for answers, I wanna know has anyone else experienced this? I have a pretty good diet, but have PCOS and all it's sucky symptoms.
