PLEASE FUCKING HELP ME

Okay so, I’m literally obese, have been for 10 years and when I say obese I mean clinically. does anyone have any suggestions of weight loss tablets that actually work, I’ve spent a year or two trying weight loss tablets (I workout and don’t loose weight) and none of them work so please if anyone has found a good soloution that burns weight good please leave suggestions down below thank you in advance 😫🙏🏽
