TMI PHOTO OF BABY POO!

I’ve been trying to contact my midwife and the midwife centre to no avail, so I will have to ring again in the morning.

I know this isn’t normal but does anyone know possible reasons why my 2 week old breastfed baby has this colour poop?! He seems fine besides this poop, I don’t know whether to worry or not?! He’s not had any previous poop like this and the poop after this one are completely normal.

I applied aveeno baby barrier cream to his bum and near his anus as he had redness and he wears pampers, if any of this is relevant?
