Am I losing my mind

Good afternoon ladies. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I'm just losing my mind or what. My period is now 9 days late. I have had no sign of it what so ever. I am normally 2-3 days late according to the app but never have I been this late unless I was pregnant. My friend bought me a clear blue digital test and it said not pregnant when I took it a couple days ago. But still no period. I've had no cramps or anything. Yesterday and today I've had a tiny bit of spotting but only when I wipe. And it's hardly there. Just a couple little dots or smears of super light pink. Anyone have any idea of what could be going on? Any help would be awesome because I would rather not go to the doc unless I have to.
