Help!

I’ve been using glow for a while now and it’s ALWAYS accurate... since I was 11 (when I first got my period) I would always miss periods. I was looking back on last years periods and realize it’s a cycle. I get it one month, miss the other, get it the next month miss the other. I’ve gone to the gynecologist and they told me everything looks fine. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive but it’s really hard to do when I miss my period every other month.... with that being said... am I visualizing things or is there a second line?
