Brand new septum piercing cleaning questions

Okkkk. So I got my septum pierced today and I’ve read about them of course. But I’ve never heard of cleaning my piercing with Softsoap. But long behold my piercer told me to use that. So I’m confused. Do I,

a) wash my piercing with Softsoap

//And if I do, am I supposed to wash inside my nose?//

b)not wash my Softsoap

c) wash with sea salt soaks

Or D) do something else that idk know about

Y’all pleassseee help me. I don’t wanna screw up my piercing cuz my piercer isn’t educated.

Of course I’m supposed to trust my piercer but I’ve seen some stuff online that using soft soap isn’t good. Idk I’m just confused.
