No CM. vagina totally dry. 5 weeks pregnant.

Hello. Im 5 weeks pregnant (as per last period date). I haven't seen the doctor yet. For last two months during TTC my vagina was dry. Only during 2 days when ovulation is expected I got EWCM and that too very less. Then on my 4 th missed period day I got BFP.

I have no other symptoms except acne on chest ,bloating and cramps which was unbearable during early days and then decreased. Now they are intermittently and light cramps.

But till today my vagina is dry. Im really worried.
