Has anyone tracked their cycle (LH tests and bbt), used preseed, basically all the tricks, and ended up getting pregnant a little before or after a year? I need HOPE this month! I understand many get pregnant after a year if they aren’t really trying just not preventing, but I’m really really trying...

Also a diet rich in foods that help fertility is important.  Is he on vitamins?  I fed my partner Men’s multivitamins with lyposcene.  There are vitamins for men and women that help fertility.   
Vitamin D is what fertility clinics often prescribe to couples getting treatments.  We both are taking vitamin C.  Xtra Fish oils for me. 
You could also check out his sperm count with a Yo sperm test to see if he needs to talk to anyone - plus the video is fun

I have read a lot of women struggling finding success with putting a diva cup in after to keep the sperm in longer and closer to the cervix.
