White stuff in my nipple?????

I was getting ready for my shower when I noticed by breasts seem enlarged and my nipples were really hard and sore but that does happen during my ovulation week but this time, there was this weird white things in the very very center of my nipple, it was a really low amount and after about 5 minutes I was able to get it off
