Work out routines and healthy diet??
I’m trying to start eating a bit healthier and trying to find some workouts for beginners! I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight, but could use some toning up! I also just feel so tired all the time and thought a healthier diet might help me perk up a bit and not feel so laggy all the time. I don’t have the money for a gym membership and I live in a tiny apartment so I’m just looking for some simple toning exercises. Would love recommendations for the exercises, meals, and also snacks!
