Ovulation tests will always have faint lines as they aren’t the same as pregnancy tests. 
You currently have a negative ovulation test.
the line on your test that’s faint on this test you want that to be either as dark or darker than the line next to it. 
For most, this happens around 14 days after the first day of your period starting but try and start testing around 10 days after your period starts so you don’t miss it, because it can vary, good luck !
