Pretty Sure of Miscarriage #3

This is so hard to type, but I'm pretty sure we're losing our 3rd baby. I just came back from the OB and we won't know for quite some time, but in my heart, I kinda do. I know how this works. It's always the same and it breaks my heart. There's only one good thing that can come of this: my OB will finally look into why I'm having these miscarriages. She told me 3 is "the magic number" for getting it checked out. I just hope that we can get this figured out, because this is just heartbreaking... and I really don't know if I can do this a 4th time 😭
