When to tell your boss

So I am 10 weeks!!  Yay!  But am interviewing for a management position at work in a week or so...  
when do I tell my boss I’m pregnant??  During the interview?  After but before they announce who got it?  If I get it do I tell them when they offer it to me??   So lost...

Discrimination isn’t supposed to happen but to think that it won’t is naive. And proving it is next to impossible. Wait until after your probationary period after you’re hired. It’s about protecting yourself.

I would tell them if they offer it for you. They aren’t suppose to discriminate but it is possible they can before you are hired. Once you are hired they absolutely are not suppose to discriminate

As someone who hires people and works with other people who hire people, don’t say anything. I would wait until I was in the position. Honestly, if you don’t need accommodations or anything I wouldn’t say anything until you had to (starting to show). Discrimination is illegal but it happens a lot to pregnant women and you could rarely every prove it was bc of discrimination.

Don’t tell them until you absolutely have to!! They say they won’t discriminate but yo won’t be able to prove it

I would be upfront during the interview and tell them it won’t affect your work. You will just have to take some time off for the baby but will be back in action eighth after. The biggest concern with jobs is if you will quit after the baby is born. Just assure them you have a plan for child care and you are coming back to work.
