goal weight: 150 lbs
diet plan:
1. Phentermine 30mg
2. No soda WHATSOEVER
3. Water with every meal and between meals
4. No red meat
5. Low fat, sodium, sugar in every meal
6. moderate exercise 5 days a week
My question here ladies:
Any other suggestions that could help me meet my weight loss goal? I know this will take a while to accomplish, but I am definitely dedicated and willing to put in the hard work!
