Early period after a miscarriage

Has anyone got their period before 4 weeks or so after a miscarriage? I had a missed miscarriage. I am not sure when the baby passed but it could of been atleast a month ago. I had a D&C two weeks ago. I’ve had a decent amount of bleeding going on day 3. My hormones were at a 10 last week (Friday) so I would assume they are gone, I don’t go for recheck until tomorrow. But on Tuesday of this week I started bleeding a pretty decent amount.. I assume my hormones dropped that little amount & have went back to being “not pregnant”. Could my body register that fast & get a period as soon as they have hit “not pregnant”. Seems kinda soon for only having a D&C two weeks ago & my hormones just now getting back to “not pregnant”.
