Should I go in?

I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks. I was constantly peeing like 20 times a day. I’ve been taking uti medicine that urgent care gave me and I only have today and tmr left of taking it. I’m now 5 weeks and it’s a sensation down there.. like it burns but not burns. It’s definitely a sensation though but it closer to my clit? It’s not even my vagina opening it’s when the pee touches the top part of my lips in the inside.. should I go to er or something? I have a doctors appointment Monday my first prenatal visit but I’m new to them so I don’t have an actual doctor there yet.. or should I call them and ask what should I do? Well what should I do I’m confused? As I said I don’t have a doctor yet where I’m going is new to me. I just took more pregnancy tests the lines are getting darker and darker like really dark. So I’m guessing that’s one good sign. Someone help me
