Husband can't get an erection...

...and when he does, it lasts for a few seconds. We both want kids and have had our blood work and his semen analysed. Everything is perfect. I don't know what to do. Mid 30s. How do we move forward? It's affecting our relationship. Haven't had proper sex in more than a year.
