Bleeding 3 weeks after mc.. period or not?! confused

Hi Ladies, I had a mc on Jan 17 at 7 weeks and i bled for 2 weeks until Jan 31. Then 6 days later i started bleeding on Feb 6 up untill today and now its more heavy bloodflow. I am really wondering what this bleeding is?! Last thursday i had blood work done and hcg was at 446 and yesterday blood results showed hcg at 1... So weird!! This blood technically cant be from last mc otherwise my levels should show higher hcg no? Ahh and i would think it cant be a period because its too early.. im so confused :( I just want my cycle to be back to normal.. what do you guys think? Is it possible this is my period only 3 weeks post mc? If not then what is it if my hcg levels is at 1 (which to me would think mc is done)
