When to get checked for Endometriosis?
I am 25 years old. My husband is 26. We have been TTC for 8 months with no luck. At what point is it worth getting checked for Endometriosis? For reference:
-I always have 28 day cycles. Never been a day late or early.
-My cycles aren’t super painful or heavy. Mild cramping on day 1 for the first couple hours, but none after that. My cycles last 4-5 days.
-My husband’s SA came back normal
-I had CD3 testing for AMH, FSH, and Estradiol, which all came back normal
-I get strong, positive OPKs on CD14 each month.
-I have SUPER light tannish spotting a couple days leading up to my period (only noticeable when I wipe, not enough to show up in underwear).
What worries me though is that I have mild pelvic pain at times throughout the month. I don’t even know if I should classify it as pain, because it never really hurts. It’s more like a dull pressure (almost always on my right side, just inside my hip bone, but occasionally on the left side), that comes and goes. It’s more noticeable with a big stretch. Oddly enough, it’s never during my period. I notice it most between the end of my period, and ovulation. I’m not sure if I’d necessarily notice it at all if I wasn’t TTC. What does everyone think? Thanks in advance!
