False alarm

Had a membrane sweep at my Tuesday appointment and had been spotting since then. Had sex last night for the first time in weeks and woke this morning with bright red spotting and a clot. Called doctor's office and was told to go into l&d since i will be 39 weeks on Sunday. Got there was 3cms and was monitored for a couple hours but sent home when my blood pressure went down and spotting went back to brownish which doctor confirmed was my bloody show. Contractions are mild and irregular still so im home waiting again.
