So I am fully breastfeeding and offeringn1 bottle a week to my son who is now 10 weeks old..it has been going really well! Jp until now

I would pump 1 time a day...about 30 mins after my first real morning feed, and would get anywheres from 3-6ounces from the entirety of my breast and would freeze it for a stash , and when my husband gives him 5he bottle i pump instesd and get 4-5 pz from each breast so i devide 2 bags up woth entirety of 10 ish oz frozen

Now my issue is this past week...ive tried...so hard...and i cant seem tk pump anything out besides maube 1/2 and oz...idk what im doing wrong, i tried taking the pumping bra off to hold them and see...change the valves..i watch tv to distract myself ..please tell me theres a solution!!!

My goal is to build a stash for when i stop breastfeeding and i xant if this keeps happening lolol

Ive thought about getting a hakaa/dupe anyways to help catch bf letdown...but would any of you recomend manual pump instead? I have rhe medela pump in style now...and like i said its been great from week 3 till now..idk what has changed

Please help!🙃😊
