38 weeks & cramps
Hey all! I’m 38 weeks today and for the past two days i have been having so intense period type cramps as well as lower back pain and lower tummy tightenings. I’m a FTM and assuming these aren’t contractions as i’m not in agony but they are getting pretty painful. I haven’t lost plug or waters and I was just wondering if there was anyone else experiencing this? i’m assuming i don’t need to contact my doctor yet?
