Do You Get Period Poops?

Every freakin’ cycle, about the third day of my period, I get diarrhea. Like, all day cramping runny poop. Every period. Does anyone else experience that?

I get diarrhea the day before my period then I’m constipated the whole time I’m on it.

Yup! It’s all the contractions to shed your lining making you poo. Everything is super close to each other lol

Yep me all through high school. I started at 9 developed cramps around 12.5 and they were the worst from 13-17, after I turned 18 they got a lot better, 19 I only needed 1-3 doses of ibuprofen here and there, I got pregnant at 19 now I’m 20 so I’m unsure how the cramps will feel after I have my baby 😂
