I used a tampon for the first time...
So I'm currently using a tampon for the first time and um it's a little uncomfortable. I really don't know how long i should keep it in and I really don't know much about tampons. I'm kinda just preparing myself for the summer time so I can go swimming. Lol. But if you guys have and tips for me please let me know .
